The Expendables Now on DVD/Blu-Ray
Stallone’s action packed movie, the Expendables, is now available on DVD and Blu-Ray in the US. This movie pretty much takes anyone who made a popular action movie in the 80′s and plopped them all in one film together.
As for my two cents, I’m really torn on this film. I think the chemistry between the characters was great and the action was solid. That being said, the fight scenes were a bit lacking. This is pretty disappointing since Stallone’s the one who directed it, I would have expected clearer shots of the action.
To put it bluntly, if you like action, you’ll like the Expendables but if you are watching it for Li and Statham, you might be a little disappointed. Corey Yuen choreographed Li’s fight’s but you can barely tell, it’s really a shame.
Either way, definitely worth a look.
