US Trailer for Tai Chi 0 and The Assassins Coming to States

I’m gonna go ahead and say it, I think that Well Go USA is one of the best companies out there. Not only have they been consistent in bringing new Asian films to the States, but they are very keen on leaving everything untouched. No unnecessary edits to the film or it’s soundtrack, and the original language is always included. They’ve got the rights to Tai Chi 0, and it’s coming out this October.

While there really isn’t any new footage, I like the fact that the music is basically the same as the Chinese trailer. It’s got a little bit of a different flare to it, but it’s also in English. Makes me wonder how much effort they are really putting into  making people sit up and take notice of this trilogy. Since China is releasing the sequel the month after, I can only hope the same it true for us in the States.

Next up is news that the Well Go USA has also grabbed the rights to Chow Yun Fat’s The Assassins. This film will also be coming out this October, and will have Chow Yun Fat playing military strategist Cao Cao.

To be honest, I’m not sure how much fighting this movie will have in it, but it’s still great that we have a chance to see it for ourselves now.
