On March 15th, a press conference was held for Guns and Roses. For some of the cast members, it was the first time they had met one another.
Not much was given away at the conference, except for the fact that Guns and Roses will be releasing on April 24th. Along with this announcement, some vintage posters were revealed for the characters in the film.
While there still isn’t a subbed trailer available, here is the trailer for those that haven’t seen it yet.
I’m curious to know how this one plays out, as it looks like it has solid action and good comedy. I’ll be keeping my eye on this one as the release date nears.
I randomly came across this trailer today, and I’ll be honest, I don’t know what most of it is about. The trailers I’ve found (so far) aren’t subbed in English, so I’ll apoligize in advance. That being said, the movie seems to have a nice blend of action, comedy, crazy stunts, and gunfights, and I don’t need a translator for that.
Check out the trailer below:
A recent press release from Ning Hao states the film will focus on a group of youths who “robbed a bank of the ‘Manchuguo’, a puppet regime formed in China’s northeastern provinces by Japanese invaders from the 1930s to mid 1940s. The Chinese youths became national heroes”
Director Ning Hao
Hao himself will be playing a cameo role as a police officer, while the rest of the cast includes Huang Bo, Liu Hua, and Fan Wei. The film is set to come out in May, and I can’t wait to see what else this film has. You may want to put it on your radars as well.
